The body shop is a cosmetic company, which is a 100% vegan and they were the first ever cosmetic company that was against animal testing. They believe that their ingredients should be as natural as possible. They also pay a premium price to the people that help supply the raw materials. The body shop is also involved in many campaigns such as Stop Sex Trafficking (2012), through which The Body Shop delivered 7 million signatures to the UN, and the EU Animal Testing Ban (2013), Save the whale (1986), Save the rain forest-stop the burning, Against animal testing and many more.

The body shop is all about 100% vegetarian products and animal cruelty free.

Holland & Barrett is a chain of health food shops according to dyers theory this fits under the lines of appeal of nature and the natural world as the majority of the products they sell are a wide range of vitamins, minerals, health supplements, specialist foods and natural beauty products. It also fits in with rich, luxurious lifestyle-aspiration, as the products are high price and the products are targeted to improve a person's lifestyle. Finally, this also links in with elite people or experts  


Disney

Disney is a global, extremely successful company who create successful movies and merchandise. Due to its major successes, it also owns chains of world famous media companies. It associates itself with dreams, hope, and fantasy, having a dominant audience of small children. Its lines of appeal include: happy families, dreams and fantasy, successful romance and love, art and culture, and childhood.

Disney is a global company who associate with themes of love and dreams to create content for children.

Their takeover by Coca-Cola may be threatened because Coca-Cola are a sugary soft drink and don't promote the healthy lifestyle Innocent do. So maybe more people may start to lose their faith in Innocent drinks and the products they use in the drinks. Additionally, due to Coca-Cola being more known, people may start to ignore Innocent drinks and the influenceof buying more Coca-Cola will increase, which jeopardises Innocent's brand values.

In my opinion, the image of the brand changes to a significant extent. This is purely based on the fact that Innocent will always be promoting a different type of product from Coca-Cola even if they do own it. Additionally, their won't be competition between the type of two drinks because Innocent is a healthy drink whereas Coca-Cola is a sugary soft drink. Therefore, people don't need to pick between the two and both brands will always reflect their values through their products.
